SUPERVISORY BOARD

ALEKSANDER MARCIN FERENC, Ph.D., MBA, CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


A graduate of Faculty of Mechanical, Energy and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology (1991) where in 1996 he obtained a PhD in technical sciences. In 2006, he received an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School. Since 2020, he has been associated with PCF Group S.A., including since 2022 in the position of Chief Integration Officer, where he provides integration and M&A advisory services to the People Can Fly group. He also advises on internal audit for PCF Group S.A. From 2020 to 2022, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee of PCF Group S.A. From 2016 to 2020, he was associated with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, first holding the position of Investment Manager at Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych BGK S.A., and later the position of Head of Investment and M&A. Was the first CEO of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF dedicated to infrastructure investments in CEE/SEE region. Earlier, from 2013 to 2015, he held the position of Head of M&A at Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. In 2013, he worked as Director of the Privatization Department at PKP S.A., and in 2012 – 2013 as an advisor at Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A. From 2009 to 2012, he served as director of the M&A department at PZU S.A. From 2007 to 2009, he served as director responsible for the CEE and SEE region at Intermediate Capital Group PLC based in London. From 1999 to 2007 he was associated with Societe Generale Asset Management Alternative Investments Private Equity fund (formerly Baring Private Equity Partners). From 1998 to 1999, he worked at IB Financial Advisors and Erste Investmens. He began his career working at Arthur Andersen from 1995 to 1997.

 

 

 

 

ALEKSANDRA KAROLINA DUNIN-WILCZYNSKA, ATTORNEY-AT-LAW, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


Legal counsel with 20 years of professional experience in transactions and projects executed in Poland and international financial markets. Her expertise includes providing advice on preparation and execution of primary and secondary public offerings of securities on the regulated market and the NewConnect market, bond issues, including Poland’s first green corporate bond issue, as well as mergers and demergers of companies, including banks. She was responsible for the IPO and first listing of PCF Group S.A. shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2021, she has been associated with PCF Group S.A., including since April 2021 as General Counsel for the People Can Fly Group. Since February 2023, he has served as a Director on the Board of Directors of People Can Fly Ireland Limited. Previously worked at the Warsaw office of law firm Greenberg Traurig.

 

 

 

 

MARCIN BIERUT, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


Member of the Supervisory Board. Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science. Holder of an MBA from the Wroclaw School of Banking and founder and CEO of Iconity Sp. z o.o., with many years of experience in managing the finances of technology companies. Served on the Management Board of Incuvo S.A. between 2016 and 2018.

 

 

 

 

PIOTR WITEK, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk, Institute of Foreign Trade (1997), a chartered accountant (2001), qualified by ACCA (2011) and an MBA (2013) earned with distinction at Oxford Brookes University. Initially associated with the family audit firm REWIT in Gdansk, he conducted accounting, auditing and consulting work for clients in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector. He joined the petrochemical company Total for 11 years and was responsible for the finances of Hutchinson Poland, a leading global manufacturer of rubber and plastic parts for the automotive and aerospace industries. He gained experience in controlling manufacturing companies, overseeing finances at five production plants, including factory investments, set up a shared services center and led the company's growth from PLN 100 million in revenue to PLN 1.4 billion during his 11-year tenure. He then took over by succession the supervision of the auditing company REWIT from Gdansk, bringing it through geographic and product development and acquisitions to the top 10 audit firms in Poland. For the past 3 years, the company, after changing its name to Moore Polska, has joined one of the largest networks of audit firms in the world, Moore Global. He currently oversees audit, accounting and consulting work for Moore Polska's key clients as managing partner. He has worked for brands such as Goodyear, RWE, Ziaja, Giant, Dekpol and many others. He is a member of several supervisory boards, including, among others, Coraz Lepsza Firma S.A. Group, Nautilus sp. z o.o. He is a second-time member of the National Council of Certified Auditors (Polish Chamber of Certified Auditors) where he chairs the Ethics Committee. He is also a court expert in business valuation, finance and accounting.

 

 

 

 

MATEUSZ KIRSTEIN, MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


Graduate in Philosophy at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.Since 2019, he has been associated with PCF Group S.A., including since 2022 in the position of Co-Head of Studios (Europe), where he is coresponsible for the People Can Fly group's studios located in Europe, including their development. Before that, from 2019 to 2022, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for the communications of the People Can Fly group, including investor relations. He was a member of the team preparing the IPO of PCF Group S.A. He has more than 20 years of professional experience. From 1998 to 2011 he was associated with the Eurozet Group and the radio business. He started his cooperation with radio at Radio ZET, then from 2003 to 2008 he was program director of Radiostation and Planeta FM. In 2008 he was one of the co-founders of Radio Chilli ZET, becoming its first program and music director. In 2009, he became editor-in-chief of Radio ZET. In 2010, he was nominated by Brief magazine as "Man of the Year" in the Media category for his "bold change in Radio ZET's programming and communications strategy." From 2012 to 2015 he was managing director of the production house Film Produkcja, and from 2015 he was associated with the Platige Image group, as part of which he co-created, including as a board member, the award-winning Dobro studio. He also worked with TVN, the PZL advertising agency and the KINO ŚWIAT distribution company, among others. He was a member of the jury of the Advertising Creators Club at the Association of Marketing Communication SAR.
